Let me start from the beginning, I have a total of 8 years of experience in the IT Outsourcing Industry. The first company I worked at was ADI Resourcing, and I started off as an IT Recruitment Consultant for 3 years. Eventually, I grew my way into a Sales account executive and finally into Sales Account Manager and Business Development Manager.
What I learned from my 8 years of experience, apart from good management skills, would have to be that people around you are going to look for better jobs and growth, and they will always look for the right person to direct them into these opportunities.
Thus, I took a huge leap in my career and went forward to invest all my time in my company, 4H4P Company Limited. What we do consists of IT outsourcing, payroll, and permanent placement.
